  • Following call center scripts when handling different topics
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Good at negotiating techniques, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Fast learner and passion for sales, collection, and customer service
  • Ability to use Internet applications
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • PC Knowledge & shortcut keys
